We welcome your furry friend!
All animals must be approved by management prior to the animal’s move in and we have a maximum of two animals per apartment.
Please note that all pets must be over one year old and proof of vaccination is required. The maximum allowable weight is 40 pounds and a non-refundable animal fee of $300.00 per pet is also required. Animal rent is $20.00 per month per pet. Fees and deposits do not apply to service or support animals. All local and City ordinances are enforced.
